Refund policy

All right, this is a solid start. I think we just need a couple tweaks to keep it tighter. Here’s a revised version:

Refund Policy

All sales are final. You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order, provided it hasn’t shipped. If you’re unsatisfied or the item doesn’t fit, we offer a gift card for the purchase amount (excluding tax and shipping). Because items can’t be resold once they leave the distribution center, we can’t accept returns. We’ve provided a detailed sizing chart to help you select the right size.

To request a refund, please keep your receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send items back to the manufacturer. Once we review, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 3 to 5 days. Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If it was a gift, a gift card will be issued to the purchaser.
